Technical Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a technical problem-solver to build internal tools, automations, and workflows that accelerate our business. You'll primarily work with no-code/low-code platforms like Retool, Airtable, Webflow, but your web development background will be a major asset.

Job details

What You'll Do:

  • Build internal tools and dashboards
  • Design automations and workflows
  • Integrate systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Structure data and build relational models
  • Work across all departments—sales, ops, service—on different problems daily
  • Make judgment calls on solutions without perfect requirements
  • Improve and scale existing systems

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years building for the web
  • Experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and data structures
  • Exposure and comfort using no-code/low-code tools
  • Comfortable with SQL, JavaScript, or similar scripting
  • Self-directed—you see problems and solve them without waiting
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Based in/near Eden Prairie (on-site role)

Nice to Have:

  • Retool, Make, Airtable, and Webflow experience
  • Familiarity with Figma
  • Experience supporting internal business teams
  • Backend integration or data modeling experience
