Doug Grawe

CEO

Doug Grawe is CEO of Grawe Consulting, a law firm, business consultant group, and managed services provider to the transportation, logistics, distribution, and supply chain industries. Grawe delivers measurable results by improving processes and productivity across disciplines in transportation, warehousing, intermodal, real estate portable storage and logistics. They also provide solutions for highly competitive industries by negotiating deals and building process knowledge into transformational strategies. Through a balance of business, legal, financial and technical acumen refined over a successful 15+ year career, Doug competently resolves deeply complex problems for businesses, and distinctive family owned business transitions, while building relationships and trust at all levels.

Gary Randall

Executive Business Partner

Leading with a collaborative management style, exceptional emotional intelligence, and demonstrating strategic agility Gary brings 38 years of transportation and logistics executive leadership experience to clients. He has a documented history of successful results and he is skilled in operations management, cross-functional team building, contractor/driver relationships, customer/shipper relationships, safety process integration, and freight management. He is an experienced facilitator in quality management education; and he is an experienced expert witness in numerous transportation-related cases.

Tim Munoz

Director of Risk Management

Tim Munoz joined Christensen Group in January of 2019. Previously, Tim worked for Westfield Insurance as a property and casualty Senior Risk Control Representative. Tim has been in the property and casualty insurance industry for 30 years as a loss control representative and territory manager. Tim’s specialty covers all lines of coverage and he would consider himself a generalist in the property and casualty insurance industry. Tim was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from the University of Iowa.

Eric Johnson

Vice President

Eric Johnson joined Christensen Group in 2020. Previously, Eric worked for Federated Insurance where he was a Commercial Lines Underwriter with experience in all lines of coverage. Eric has a focus in the following products & industries: Contractors, Machining/Manufacturing, Wholesale & Distribution, Automotive, Builders Risk, Education and Inland Marine. Eric graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in 2014, where he played football. He also received his Master’s degree in Educational Leadership in 2016 from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He and his wife have two daughters.
