Brittany Ratke wins Customer Sales Representative of the year

Employees

Christensen Group Insurance (CG)is elated to announce our very own Brittany Ratke as the 2022 National Alliance MN Outstanding Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year!

Each year, a group of exceptional insurance professionals are selected to represent their states and then compete to become the National Outstanding CSR of the Year. This prestigious award, regarded as the foremost national award of its kind, recognizes the contributions and commitment of those who serve clients within the insurance industry. Entrants must have demonstrated commendable service to their agencies, their industry, and their community.

CG nominated Brittany based on her Commercial Lines leader input.  Brittany wrote an essay based on her ‘Transferable Skills’.  Her essay included her top three skills from outside the insurance industry that transfer to her current role. She wrote how she leverages her skills and continues to develop and evolve to ensure perpetually exceptional customer service.

Brittany shared, “The most valuable and proudest skill I've acquired is valuing and promoting inclusion.”  She also shares how her experiences have made her approachable and available to clients, and to build trust in her relationships with carriers, clients, and her co-workers.

Brittany now advances to the National Competition and will be presented an award in August from Amy Rau, Director of Education & Events at the MN Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers Association (MIIAB). Brittany has been an employee-owner at CG from almost six years and is a Senior Client Advocate on the Product Liability team.  Additionally, she is on the Christensen Group Charity Council and is a Co-host for a Rare Disease podcast called Raising Rare. She is a proud advocate for the Rare Disease community and is married to her husband, Chris, and they have two children: Eveleigh and Maverick.

Radke concluded in her award-winning essay. “I continue to build character that fosters inclusivity, empathy, and communication with connection. Consequently, I am a highly respected and recommended insurance professional who retains clients through exceptional thought and care.” Here at CG, we could not be prouder of Brittany’s accomplishments and wish her luck at Nationals.
