He joined Kavira Health in 2023 and now leads Growth and Market Development, working with brokers, HR teams, and employers to expand Kavira's modern care model to companies of all sizes to cover employees and their families.

As the Chief Product Officer at HealthEZ, Josh leads product strategy and development with a focus on cost containment, transparency, and improving the member experience. He works closely with advisors and agencies to develop captive and custom self funded solutions that align with clients' long term financial and risk management objectives.
