John Sass
John Sass is Vice President of Commercial Lines at Christensen Group’s Chicago office. Prior to joining CG, John served as a Risk Management Consultant at The Horton Group/Marsh McLennan Agency and held roles as a Sales Executive and Consultant at The Horton Group and SIA Insurance Group, specializing in property & casualty, employee benefits, bonds, and safety programs.
At CG, his primary area of focus is the construction industry.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lewis University and a master’s in Applied Computer Science from Saint Xavier University, along with certifications including CRIS, CLCS, and MLIS.
Outside of work, John has attended Super Bowl 50 to see Peyton Manning’s final game and takes an annual fishing trip to Texas, a tradition for the past eight years. He is recently married to his wife Lexi, and enjoys staying active through golfing, fishing, hiking, running, and beach days.
