Betsy joined Christensen Group with over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, bringing with her a strong background spanning insurance, finance, marketing, and mental health and wellness. At Christensen Group, she serves as a Benefits Account Manager and Insurance Agent, acting as the day-to-day contact for all your employee benefits needs. Betsy’s areas of expertise include plan design, compliance, renewals, and client education—ensuring that benefit packages are both cost-effective and strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Betsy studied Sociology at Gustavus Adolphus College and Saint Catherine University, where she developed her deep understanding of human dynamics—skills that now support her work in building client relationships and guiding businesses through the complexities of employee benefits.

Her passion for service extends beyond the workplace. Betsy has served on the boards of the Anoka Kindness Rock Garden, the MN Kindness Alliance, and the Mental Wellness Campaign for Anoka County. She remains actively involved in her community and is an active member with the Monticello Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family and her beloved Pitbull, Maddox. Her favorite pastimes include community volunteering and supporting local wellness initiatives.
