Sujatha Ramanathan brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to her work in human resources and talent acquisition, shaped by a childhood split between Angola, Indiana, and Malaysia. She joined Christensen Group with nearly a decade of progressive HR and recruiting experience, most recently from Minnesota's top executive search firm. Her background also includes experience in quick-service restaurant HR and early-career work in the medical device industry.

Sujatha holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and International Business from St. Cloud State University and an MBA from Concordia University in St. Paul. Her interest in people and HR started early, at age 12, working in her parents' American diner, a formative experience that shaped her passion for connecting with individuals from all backgrounds.

Outside of work, Sujatha is active and community-minded. She mentors through Big Brothers Big Sisters, stays close with her three siblings, and loves spending time with her nieces and nephew. She and her fiancé, who she met at a job fair, have been together for five years. An avid traveler with a goal of visiting one new country each year, some of her favorite destinations include Ireland, Iceland, and Bali. She also enjoys swimming, pickleball, cooking, and being outdoors.
