Before joining Christensen Group, she served as a Client Manager at Mahowald Insurance Agency, where she developed a strong foundation in insurance operations and customer relations. She also worked as a Recruiter at Pro Staff, where she honed her skills in talent acquisition and client engagement.
Ramona earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. Cloud State University and holds the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation, reflecting her dedication to professional excellence in the insurance field.
She lives with her husband, son, and stepson, and together they enjoy spending time outdoors. Ramona is an avid camper and dirt track racing enthusiast. She’s also passionate about supporting her son’s involvement in robotics and frequently volunteers at multiple robotics tournaments throughout the year.
