Out of 48 captive programs evaluated nationwide, only three were selected for this prestigious recognition—CG Connect Re among them.

The award highlights outstanding achievement in implementing effective, forward-thinking health risk management strategies within a group captive. It reflects the innovative efforts and consistent commitment of the CG Connect Re team in helping clients manage healthcare costs while improving employee well-being.

Further underscoring this success, one of Christensen Group’s clients was also recognized with a RAY (Risk Achievement of the Year) Award. This honor is given to organizations that show a strong commitment to employee health through initiatives such as wellness programs and point solutions.

Berkley Accident and Health’s Excellence in Health Risk Management certification program assesses Stop Loss Group Captive programs on a range of criteria, including strategic use of transparent pharmacy benefits managers (PBMs), engagement with cost-containment tools, collaboration across member organizations, and the ability to leverage scale for improved pricing and outcomes.
