Christensen Group is proud to announce Brandon Boelter, Sarah Kaster, Sean Kurtenbach, and Moriah Trebelhorn as the recipients of the 2026 Ardelle Westman Award. This award honors non-sales employees who go above and beyond in their roles and bring the company's core values to life every day.

Named in honor of Ardelle Westman, whose 30-plus years of dedicated service helped shape the foundation of Christensen Group, the award recognizes individuals who exemplify the organization's 4 C's: Clients, Carriers, Coworkers, Community.

Brandon Boelter, Senior Advisor in the Personal Lines department in Waite Park, consistently goes above and beyond in every aspect of his role. He brings professionalism, positivity, and transparency to every client interaction, thoroughly explaining market trends and carrier decisions to help clients feel informed and confident. Within the team, he's known for dependability and leadership, actively mentoring newer employees and building strong relationships across the organization. As Chair of the Chair Committee, Brandon leads major initiatives and encourages others to get involved. He plays a key role in charitable efforts like INDY, supports youth through activities like the Sartell Fishing Team, and helps drive company culture by organizing events and celebrating coworkers' milestones.

Sarah Kaster, Senior Client Services Advocate on the Employee Benefits team in Eden Prairie, earned the Ardelle Award for her outstanding service and unwavering positivity. She is responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to getting the right answers for clients, going above and beyond to ensure they fully understand and benefit from their policies. With carrier partners, she's built a reputation for being organized, honest, and reliable. Within the team, Sarah mentors new employees and is an incredible source of support, lifting others up with kindness, energy, and a team-first mindset. Beyond the workplace, she supports her daughter's school and activities, advocates for animal causes, and promotes sustainability efforts.

Sean Kurtenbach, Client Advocate on the Business Team in Eden Prairie, earned the Ardelle Award for his leadership and lasting impact across clients, coworkers, and partners. He steps into challenging situations with professionalism and ease, building trust through strong communication and genuine care. With carrier partners, he's exceptional at building meaningful, lasting relationships and follows through on every commitment. Within the team, Sean is a natural mentor and leader. As a Certified Systems Trainer, he invests in the growth of others through trainings and led the intern program. He's deeply involved in company culture and the community, volunteering regularly and contributing ideas that improve how the organization operates.

Moriah Trebelhorn, Client Manager in the Business Group in the New Ulm office, earned the Ardelle Award for her exceptional commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. In her work with carrier partners, she takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach, creating tools and resources that keep both carriers and clients organized and significantly improving efficiency and communication. She handles complex accounts with precision and care, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way. Within the team, Moriah is known for her infectious positivity and attention to detail, leading by example through her growth mindset and willingness to help others succeed. She also actively supports programs and events that strengthen the company's presence in New Ulm.
