Emily Sands
Emily Sands is a Benefits Consultant at Christensen Group. She partners with clients to manage all aspects of their employee benefits programs—from strategic planning to day-to-day support. Emily is passionate about delivering data-driven solutions that strike the right balance between cost management and a strong employee experience.
Emily brings over 15 years of industry expertise, having spent 8 years at Unum learning the ins and outs of ancillary benefits, including Life, Disability, and Voluntary Worksite Benefits. She then spent 7 years at Clarity Enrollment Solutions, where she focused on employee enrollment, engagement, and benefits technology platforms such as Ease, Employee Navigator, ADP, Paylocity, and Workday.
Emily earned her BA from the University of St. Thomas in 2024.
She lives in Chanhassen with her husband and son, and they enjoy exploring the area’s local parks together.
A lifelong trivia enthusiast, Emily was a 9-time Jeopardy! champion, appearing in 12 episodes between 2021 and 2025. She competed in both the 2024 Tournament of Champions and the 2025 Invitational Tournament.
