As a Talent Acquisition & Development Consultant you are responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent, building a learning culture to support employees’ professional growth and educating others on the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Core Duties and Expectations
· Own the interview process and training all interviews on the Christensen Group process
· Maintain high standards for the candidate experience
· Partner with Marketing to enhance our Employment Brand on all platforms, such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor and our company website
· Facilitate the new hire process, including first-day orientation, new user set up and creating onboarding plans
· Build and maintain partnerships to support diverse hiring practices
· Develop and deliver employee training sessions, including skill-based training, DEI sessions and well-being courses
· Maintain Learning & Development resources on the company intranet to provide employees with resources for professional growth
· Create a branded CG Development Program and align all development activities to this name to help employees understand the development opportunities provided to them
· Support the ESOP value and values to create an “ownership culture”
· Organize ESOP education sessions for managers and employees
· Create ESOP communication to support where employees are in their employment lifecycle
Job requirements
Requirements
· 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
· Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and techniques
· Experience improving interview processes and conducting interviews
· Familiarity with job description development and compliance paperwork
· Knowledge of employment branding strategies
· Strong organizational and prioritizations skills
· Strong sense of urgency
· Highly effective interpersonal skills
· Independent and a self-starter
· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
· Experience in employee training and development is a plus, not required
· Familiarity with ESOPs and their impact on employee ownerships is a plus, not required
· Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint knowledge preferred
· Able to adapt to and lead in an environment that is fast paced and lead others through change
