Player’s Health is excited to invite you to participate in a national health insurance program. By consolidating coaches (and their dependents) into a singular national health insurance program, we can offer richer health benefits at reduced rates. Equally important, all participating coaches will have access to our customer service team to help you optimize your health plan benefits and help resolve service issues. Participation in the Health Plan is optional. In order to participate some information needs to be collected about your club and possibly the health plan participants.
We are targeting a January 1st, 2022 kick off for our new national health plans. Given this timeline, it is important for us to keep things moving. We will be reaching out to all clubs in three phases. Below are the key dates we need to meet in order to achieve our January 1st implementation date.
National Health Plan website and survey sent to all clubs in Phase 1. All club surveys and census files (info below) must be submitted by July 16th.
National Health Plan website and survey sent to all clubs in Phase 2. All club surveys and census files (info below) must be submitted by August 6th.
National Health Plan website and survey sent to all clubs in Phase 3. All club surveys and census files (info below) must be submitted by August 27th.
Rates will be presented to all clubs and interested clubs can opt-in.
Open enrollment for those clubs interested in participating.

By offering this flexible approach (Group Insurance and Individual Insurance) under the same AHP solution, we ensure that all clubs of all sizes benefit from a singular customer service experience that includes:
Over time, as significant membership is achieved, a true AHP will be created using a singular group insurance plan. That is the uniqueness of our approach, the flexibility, phased approach with a common customer service portal. We also invite you to speak with the organizer of the health insurance program.
After all interested member organizations have submitted their participant information with the completed club survey, the information will be provided to the insurance carrier for approval and health plan rates. After approval you will be contacted to complete your enrollment.
