Bob Schmitz has 20 years of employee benefits insurance experience. He began his employee benefits career in 1996 with Schreifels and Associates. During his tenure with Schreifels the agency grew significantly in number of clients and employees. Bob became president and a partner in the firm and eventually merged the practice with Christensen Group in 2014.

As president of Employee Benefits, Bob manages carrier relationships and is in charge of overall department strategy and execution.

Bob is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and holds several industry designations.
